You can find out many details about our products from our online product catalogue. If you are looking to find information which is not listed in the catalogue, please contact us directly.
Items which have a RoHS rating, does that mean they can not pass the RoHS rating system?
It does not necessarily mean that. It might mean that it has not been tested yet for RoHS. Depending on the order, we may be able to do RoHS testing on products which don’t have a RoHS rating yet. (Please note that the required time to perform this diagnostic may change depending on the item. There are also some items which we can not perform this diagnostic on.)
Is it possible to make special customized orders of items in the catalogue?
Please contact us directly for more information. If it is possible, the delivery date or minimum order may change depending on the item and the requested customization.
How can I get a catalogue?
Please fill out our catalogue request form. In general, our policy is a maximum of one catalogue per company. We do not take requests for catalogues over the phone.
Is there a warranty on our products?
Our products have a warranty of one year which commences from the date of issue. For product issues, as a policy, we will replace faulty items.
What can the digital catalogue do?
The digital catalogue has an internal search, a PDF maker, a memo taker and other different functions. For a full list, please see our help page.
Changes in dimensions, finishes, packing etc. or suspension of production may occur without notice.
Our liability is limited to the replacement of the merchandise.
